    • Provided administrative support to the commercial team managing multiple projects simultaneously. Tasks ranging from quoting, tender submissions, invoicing and maintaining internal systems and records.

    • Coordinated client furniture refurbishment projects by liaising between audit teams, cleaning suppliers, and clients to manage scheduling, service delivery, and contract administration activities.

    • Liaised with suppliers to source material samples for projects and managed ongoing relationships.

    • Compared tender documentation with IFC documentation to ensure any anomalies were resolved.

    • Created x9 plans, x19 schedules, x18 material palettes and x1 presentation using Vectorworks and InDesign for an old age home, as part of a interior design refresh.

    • Provided phone support to customers to ensure all queries were solved.

    • Liaised with suppliers to validate order requirements for timely customer delivery.

    • Managed customer queries via email, providing relevant responses within SLA.

    • Greeted customers at front of house and assisted with orders.

    • Prepared food orders for in-store and online orders.

    • Supported the training of new staff to ensure high expectations were continued.

    • Engaged with customers to define their purchase requirements and provided sales recommendations.
