In collaboration with Studio Katz Architecture + Interiors, this single-story home was transformed through a modern refresh that included a complete renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, along with the addition of a sleek bar area.

The overarching goal was to craft a space that embodies a serene coastal aesthetic, blending laid-back elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The result is a beautifully reimagined home that offers both style and comfort, perfectly suited for family living with a timeless, homey feel.
